Sept 14th - Interest In The Website Grows
It's been only a few days since this website was launched and yet we've already had an excellent response from hire companies of all sizes. This has fully justified the time and investment we've put into the website, and supports our original research which clearly showed that there was a considerable demand for safety instructions in electronic format.
We could have just created the instructions and sold them on CD's. This would have been the most simple and cost effective method for us. It would not however create that working relationship between ourselves and our users, something that we believe is extremely important. As a supplier we want to be able to update our users quickly and efficiently. It is for this reason that we decided upon the far more technically advanced option of investing in the develop of this website.
We now have not only the most advanced form of on-demand safety instructions available anywhere, but also what we consider to be a vitally important tool - instant communication with all of our users! We are now able to upload information, products, news and special offers immediately and users can access them the same day, or when they next login. This instant communication channel, which would not have been possible had we gone down the CD route, also allows users to contact us with suggestions, comments, and perhaps even a little bit of news about their company.
If you have something to announce that would benefit other users, maybe some trade links, or even some equipment or a business for sale, let us know. We will consider uploading this to our News Listings section. We are keen to develop the site further and our users are the key to achieving this, we want to hear what you have to suggest!
