7th November - A Little More Customer Feedback
John Nessworthy sent us the following feedback.
"We at Smiths Equipment Hire Ltd. strive to deliver reliable, affordable and safe equipment to all our customers.
Now that we have Print4Safety safety instructions available on-line through our Intranet, depots are no longer in the position of being unable to send out equipment because they've run out of leaflets. As we develop our systems in the future relevant instructions will be printed out automatically along with hire contracts, at the point of hire. This, along with the fact that new instructions can be added to the range, ensures that our customers will never be without up to date safety instructions when they hire from Smiths Equipment Hire Ltd."
